Meet your provider

Tiffany Barber,
MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Hi, I'm Tiffany! I'm the nurse practitioner behind WanderCare Health, and I believe healthcare should feel personal, comfortable, and centered around you.

My healthcare journey began as a Licensed Practical Nurse, then a Registered Nurse, and eventually a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. I've worked in emergency nursing since 2016, and my career has taken me from the West Coast to the East Coast, working in emergency medicine, urgent care, and travel healthcare. Along the way, I've had the privilege of caring for people from all walks of life, including our nation's veterans, and meeting so many beautiful souls whose stories have stayed with me.

WanderCare Health was born from two things I love: wandering the world and caring for people.

I created this practice to bring that same compassion and personal connection into virtual healthcare, making it easier for you to get the care and guidance you need, wherever life takes you.

Because good healthcare isn't just about treating symptoms. It's about caring for the person behind them.
